MMWhen Encore Commercial Products, Inc. was launched by Bruce, Ron and Stuart in 2002, they wanted to create a bollard cover that was attractive and durable. And the product had to pay for itself by saving on maintenance costs plus offer the easiest and most secure installation method in the industry.
MMSince Encore is based in metro Detroit, we know a thing or two about cars and trucks – and extreme weather conditions. So after engineering and testing many designs, the first POST GUARD was manufactured in late 2002.
MMCustomers really liked it. Within a short time, we created POST GUARD in a variety of widths, lengths and attractive colors using the maximum UV protection available.
MMThe nice looking bollard cover quickly became known for its lower cost and its two recessed reflective stripes which increase visibility and safety.
